Between Forest and Vines

The red away jersey of VfB is available now, with the black version to follow in the coming weeks. Both serve as a tribute to Stuttgart’s unique valley basin and its cultural landscape.

The home jersey for the 2025/2026 season already makes a strong regional statement, with the iconic “Stäffele” (stairways) of Stuttgart at its core. Now, this homage to home continues: the new away kits also express a deep sense of local identity – traditional and trend-conscious matchwear for away games. Once again, Stuttgart – the city between forest and vines – with its geographical basin and surrounding landscape, is the creative source behind the striking designs of both jerseys.

From the Neckar Valley to the city center, vineyards and vines have shaped Stuttgart’s cityscape since the Middle Ages. Now, they also adorn one of the two away kits worn by the boys from Cannstatt: An abstract vine design flows across the red fabric, framed by white and red collar and sleeve cuffs. The red chest ring wraps all the way around and runs through the organic pattern, skillfully framing the new main sponsor, LBBW.

Just like the new home kit, this jersey is made entirely from recycled materials and is available at the unchanged price of €84.99.
