In addition to soccer, visitors to the REWE family block can enjoy many other highlights and great offers, such as the VfB photo wall with the original motif of the player tunnel at the MHPArena Stuttgart. Here, not only young VfB fans can have their picture taken with mascot Fritzle during his regular visits. Tickets for people with disabilities
At VfB Stuttgart, it is a tradition for people with disabilities to cheer loudly for the Cannstatt boys at home games in the MHP Arena. To ensure that home games are as enjoyable as possible for people with disabilities, they have been looked after for years by the Barrier-Free Team, led by our disability officer Ralph Klenk. There are a total of around 400 seats for people with disabilities and their companions.
Information
- Member sales: Orders for severely disabled non-members are not possible. Only severely disabled members can order tickets for their own use.
- Tickets for wheelchair users, visually impaired people, deaf people, or people with other disabilities can be purchased for €12 each. A limited number of tickets are available. Tickets for accompanying persons also cost €12, provided that the person's requirement is noted on their severely disabled pass.
- Handicap tickets can be requested using the order form and the severely disabled pass (from a degree of disability of 70%). The order form will be activated when day tickets go on sale. By submitting the order form, you are applying for the disability tickets. Tickets will be allocated at random. Alternatively, the order form can also be filled out at the VfB fan shops upon presentation of the disability card.
- The admission price is valid exclusively for Block 75a in the Untertürkheimer Kurve stand. Seats for wheelchair users are located behind the goal (Untertürkheimer Kurve), along the opposite stand, and in the Cannstatter Kurve.
- Visually impaired people can listen to live commentary of the match via headphones on match days. The devices are issued at the entrance to block 75a.
- If you have any questions about tickets for people with disabilities, please contact our staff at the Service Center by email at service@vfb-stuttgart.de or by phone at +49 (0) 711 - 99 33 1893.
Inclusion shuttle
In cooperation with Mercedes-Benz, we offer an inclusion shuttle to our home games. People with disabilities and their companions are picked up from their homes free of charge and driven back home after the game. The number of places available is limited! If you are interested, please contact pfiff@vfb-stuttgart.de after purchasing your tickets.
Getting there
There are three disabled parking spaces, P7, P2a, and P10, along Mercedesstraße, in the immediate vicinity of the MHP Arena Stuttgart. This guarantees short distances when arriving at the stadium. There are a total of 100 spaces in the P7 parking garage, and another 80 parking spaces are available in P2a between the MHP Arena Stuttgart and the VfB office.
Additional parking spaces are available in car park P10 at Cannstatter Wasen. Only vehicles with a blue disabled parking permit may park in any of the above-mentioned car parks. Advance registration is not required.
It is also possible to travel by wheelchair-accessible coach. In this case, we ask the respective bus companies to register in advance, including the vehicle registration number, at least three days before the game with VfB's disabled fan representative Ralph Klenk (behindertenfanbetreuung@vfb-stuttgart.de).
Official ticket exchange of VfB Stuttgart
All ticket holders can use the official ticket exchange to resell their seats, which cannot be used on a match day, to other fans.
The ticket holder does not have to hand over their ticket, as the tickets are electronically blocked and then reactivated. Other fans can then purchase these seats at the official prices – at fair conditions – via the regular ticket sales (“primary market”).
Season ticket holders: Season ticket holders will be refunded the pro-rata season ticket price (1/17) minus a 20% processing fee. The ticket exchange opens two weeks before the respective match date. From this point on, season ticket holders can offer their season tickets for sale on the secondary market in their customer account and view the current status.
Day ticket holders: Day ticket holders will be refunded the day ticket price minus a 20% processing fee. The ticket exchange for day ticket buyers opens one week before the respective match date for sold-out matches. From this point on, day ticket holders can offer their day tickets for sale on the secondary market in their customer account and view the current status.
Information about unauthorized ticket sales
Offering and transferring tickets for VfB Stuttgart home games without the consent of VfB Stuttgart – for example, via the use of unauthorized sales platforms such as eBay, eBay Kleinanzeigen, or Viagogo – is not permitted under Section 9.3 of our General Ticket Terms and Conditions (“ATGB,” see shop.vfb.de). VfB Stuttgart, in cooperation with LDM Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, is taking civil and criminal action against these ticket sellers. The proceeds from the contractual penalties will go entirely to the VfB Brustring der Herzen Foundation, which supports social and charitable projects. We ask for your understanding that, due to the increasing number of cases, we are taking action against all unauthorized ticket sales. Unfortunately, VfB Stuttgart has no alternative but to take this resolute action against the unauthorized resale of tickets in view of the continuously growing black market for tickets. VfB Stuttgart is combating the uncontrolled ticket trade primarily to protect its own fans and spectators at the MHP Arena Stuttgart. Separating rival fan groups and excluding violent stadium visitors is impossible when tickets are resold on the black market. In addition, VfB Stuttgart wants to continue to ensure comprehensive supply to fans within the framework of a social and fair pricing structure. Uncontrolled ticket trading on the black market jeopardizes safety in stadiums and inevitably leads to an increase in ticket prices in the long term. Fans can support VfB by tracking auctions and trading. If you have purchased tickets on viagogo, eBay, eBay Kleinanzeigen, ticketbande, StubHub, ticketbis, seatwave, or other unauthorized platforms, please send us the completed “Customer Survey” form, together with the purchase contract and a picture of the tickets, to service@vfb-stuttgart.de. We will be happy to check whether your tickets are blocked and help you to reverse your purchase contract. Anonymous reports can also be sent by post to VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG, VfB Fan Center, Mercedesstraße 73 A, 70372 Stuttgart, Germany, with the keyword “Schwarzmarkt” (black market).
The current daily ticket prices can be found in the games currently on sale. Further information is available on request from our Service Center.
