Clearing points can be found at the main grandstand and at ticket offices 3 and 4.
The Clearing Point on the main grandstand is located on Mercedesstraße next to the Mercedes-Benz Business Center. Ticket office 3 is located next to the Carl Benz Center, and ticket office 4 is located on Fritz-Walter-Weg.
Additional payments and lap tickets are available at ticket office 2 on Mercedesstraße.

Getting There by Bicycle
For traveling by bicycle, the Neckar Valley Cycle Route is recommended. The best place to park your bicycle is the VfB Bike Garage. An overview of the more than 600 bicycle parking spaces around the MHP Arena can be found here.
VfB Bike Garage
In parking garage P5 (access via Martin-Schrenk-Weg), the “VfB Bike Garage” is available to fans at all home matches. There are around 400 free and monitored bicycle parking spaces. Bicycles can be dropped off at the Bike Garage starting two hours before kick-off and must be collected no later than two hours after the final whistle. Convenient for all cyclists: bicycle helmets may remain on the bicycles; there are also changing facilities in the VfB Bike Garage – so you can change after your journey and start matchday feeling fresh!

From the A8 coming from Munich, Augsburg, Ulm: Wendlingen exit, in the direction of Esslingen/Stuttgart, B10 in the direction of Bad Cannstatt.
From the A8 coming from Karlsruhe: Stuttgart interchange in the direction of Stuttgart city center, B14 in the direction of Bad Cannstatt.
From the A81 coming from Frankfurt, Heilbronn: Zuffenhausen exit, B10 in the direction of Bad Cannstatt.
From the B14 coming from Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Waiblingen: in the direction of Stuttgart until the Bad Cannstatt exit.
Form a Carpool
The DFL offers a carpooling portal for all Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 matches! Via the “Carpooling Portal” section in the Bundesliga app or at bundesliga-mitfahrportal.de, VfB fans can search for rides to home and away matches or offer their own rides.
Environmental Zone
The MHP Arena is located in the middle of the environmental zone of the state capital Stuttgart. This means that only vehicles belonging to certain emissions groups and therefore only vehicles displaying the appropriate stickers and meeting certain emissions standards are permitted to enter the city. The aim is to reduce excessive levels of particulate matter and nitrogen dioxide in the air.
Integrated Traffic Management Center (IVLZ)
The NeckarPark guidance system directs you to the parking spaces in NeckarPark using the fastest route. Events are displayed in text. If necessary, you will be dynamically guided to the parking area via alternative routes. The venues in NeckarPark (MHP Arena Stuttgart, Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, Porsche-Arena and Carl Benz Center) are each represented by pictograms.
Lane Signaling
The lane signaling system intelligently directs traffic to and from NeckarPark. Depending on the volume of traffic, additional lanes will be opened if necessary. Up to three lanes can be provided for arrivals and departures. The signals mean: Green arrow: lane open, Red X: lane closed
Current Traffic Information on the Radio
As part of the local radio program, current information about traffic disruptions and recommendations, including public transportation (ÖPNV), is continuously provided. The information comes directly from the Integrated Traffic Management Center. Listening to the radio is worthwhile!
Parking Tickets
Due to limited parking capacity, no parking tickets can be offered. In addition, there is the option of using the free parking spaces, particularly at Cannstatter Wasen (P10) outside of the Volksfest or Spring Festival. There are approximately 12,000 public parking spaces available in the NeckarPark area.
