I request that my youth club membership be converted to a membership in VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V. upon reaching the age of 18. With this application, I agree that VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG may transmit my data (title, first name, last name, address, date of birth) to VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V. in order to complete the e.V. membership. I can revoke this consent at any time by sending an email to datenschutz-ag@vfb-stuttgart.de with effect for the future. The membership data and the data of the legal guardians will be deleted by VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG after termination of the youth club membership. Within the scope of the e.V. membership, the data will be processed and stored by VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V. in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Further data protection information on the processing of personal data and my rights can be found in the privacy policy. By joining VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V., the statutes are accepted.
