INFORMATION ON UNAUTHORIZED TICKET TRADING
Offering and passing on tickets for VfB Stuttgart home matches without the agreement of VfB Stuttgart, e.g. via the use of unauthorized sales platforms such as ebay, Kleinanzeigen or viagogo – is in accordance with section 9.3 of our general ticket terms and conditions („ATGB“, siehe shop.vfb.de) not allowed. VfB Stuttgart is working in cooperation with the Law firm LDM VfB will take civil and criminal action against these ticket sellers. The proceeds from the contractual penalties will go in full to the VfB foundation Brustring der Herzen, from which social and charitable projects are supported. We ask for your understanding that we will take action against any unauthorized ticket sales due to the high number of cases.
This resolute approach by VfB Stuttgart in dealing with the unauthorized distribution of tickets is unfortunately without alternative in view of the continuously growing ticket black market. VfB Stuttgart is combating the uncontrolled ticket trade primarily to protect its own fans and spectators in the MHPArena Stuttgart. The separation of rival fan groups and the exclusion of violent stadium visitors are impossible if tickets are sold on via the black market. In addition, VfB Stuttgart must continue to guarantee a comprehensive supply of tickets for fans within the framework of a social and fair price structure. An uncontrolled trade in tickets on the black market jeopardizes security in the stadiums and inevitably leads to an increase in ticket prices in the long term.
Fans can support VfB by pursuing auctions and trading. If you have bought tickets yourself on viagogo, eBay, Kleinanzeigen, ticketbande, StubHub, ticketbis, seatwave or other unauthorized platforms, please send us the completed form „Customer surveys“, together with the concluded purchase contract and a picture of the tickets, to service@vfb-stuttgart.de. We will gladly check whether your tickets are blocked and help you to cancel your purchase contract. Anonymous information can also be sent by post to VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG, VfB Fan Center, Mercedesstraße 73 A, in 70372 Stuttgart, under the keyword „ black market“.
The current day ticket prices can be found in the games currently on sale. Further information is available on request from our service center.
